...to the beat of Earth Wind and Fire. Because it feels like my song is playing on the dance floor of life right now. One of the main reasons is that I have been featured in the September issue of Modern Luxury's, The Atlantan. Me; Modest Mississippi roots. Middle class girl who rode her palomino bareback after school on roads of sand. First-runner-up in the Miss Blue Crab pageant of Wakulla County. Humble roots. Nevertheless, "Eva Williams Clark" was included among several noteworthy, talented women of Atlanta in the Women of Power and Influence feature. To say that I am honored seems trite. But I am so deeply honored (grinning with hands silly-clapping). To be recognized in this way legitimizes all of the hard work that I have done. When I started this wedding planning business from the loft of my Portland Oregon home, in 2003, this kind of success was only a dream. I would be remiss if I didn't thank the many clients "brides" who made this American-dream-come-true possible. THANK YOU!!!
